Hello! I am Janice Maddox, the 6th-7th grade A-L counselor at Pelham Park Middle School. This will be my 1st year at Pelham Park Middle and I am so excited to have the opportunity to serve the students and parents of PPMS. I received my Master’s in Counseling from Jacksonville State University and I have served as an elementary, middle and high school counselor. I love counseling as much now as I did when I started 21 years ago! I truly believe that if you choose a career that you love, you will never go to work.

I am the proud mother of two beautiful girls, Elle and Lauren. In my spare time, I enjoy time with family/friends, going to concerts and spending time outdoors.

Hi!  I am Jessica Gandy, the 7-8 counselor at Pelham Park Middle School.  This is my first year as a Panther and I couldn't be more excited to work with such an amazing faculty and staff, and to have the opportunity to help students continue to strive for growth.  This is my eighth year as a school counselor and fourteenth year in education.  I graduated from University of West Alabama with a Master's and Ed.S. in School Counseling.  Serving as a counselor in the school setting is my passion! 

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Seth and our two kids, Alannah and Jack Jack.  I love cooking, shopping, Alabama football, and all things Disney World!
